Default Denton and Shady Shores TX area--congested?? Train??

My husband and I are starting to shop for a retirement home and considering the area north of Dallas--most likely an airpark since we own a small plane. I found the airpark in Shady Shores which is close to Denton and liked the looks of it from the internet info that is available. I see that there is a train that will run from Denton to DFW and Love Field. Is that true? If so, is it going to happen soon? Also, how is the traffic in this area? Shady Shores looks sort of rural but I keep reading that the traffic in that area is bad.

Default Dart?

I don't know enough about it to know which one. I thought DART. Either one would be of interest. It would be very appealing to us to have acess to the airports by any type of train.
