Full name is:

La Mision de Corpus Christi de San Antonio de la Ysleta del Sur

Similar to the several missions on the "Mission Trail" in San Antonio, there are several other missions in the vicinity of Ysleta that are on the tourist trail - at Socorro, San Elizario, and the larger church in Juarez, MX. While all are very old, they are all in preserved states that allow for regular worship services.

Alright, I'm the big winner! It's good to be a 4th grade teacher (Texas History Baby!). Well, since I love Texas High School Football, I'm going to throw this out there. What current Texas 5A high school has the most wins of all time (read this in the latest Dave Campbell's Texas Football- no cheating. Think Old School- i.e. older high school Texas Football- Hint #1)?

*** I'll give some more hints a bit later, including a multiple choice if needed***

Definitely no cheating on my part! LOL

Whew, this is a dependent tough one! And a darn good question! I am thinking -- if the school in question was once 4-A? Then it would be the old Abilene High School, or the Wichita Falls Coyotes.

Great guesses and Abilene is way up there in wins. However, not correct.

Hint #1- The school has 720 wins, however, they have not been a real threat to win a championship for many, many years. They were dominant back in the 1930s.

Hint #2- T. Boone Pickens is an alum.

Good guess, but still no.

Hint #3- The school is located in the Panhandle.

Odessa Permian? WHOOPS - forgot this hint(They were dominant back in the 1930s. )

So I presume the Amarillo answer previous to this one is the correct one - but not sure.

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! Yep, the Sandies have more wins than any 5a team including Plano (at 718).

Only Highland Park has more wins (733), but they are a 4a. Good job, Reb!

You're up.

Welll, first of all, I would like to thank all the little people that made this possible...

But seriously, that was a great question...and I just pretty much took a blind shot in the dark, finally, with the eventual right answer!

Anyway, next question:

Where is the largest magnolia tree in Texas and how old is it?

P.S. When do I get the chicken dinner, Acunda? Hee hee!
