Drive smart like you would anywhere else. Be attentive and courteous.

Ignore the idiot behind you that wants you to do 75 like him when the speed limit is 60, and be patient with the guy moving slow in the passing lane..you will get your chance to pass him up and give him your "WTF?" face.

Do not flip anyone the bird. They might have a gun.

UNLESS you are in the left lane (or even middle lanes). If so, move the hell over. If you are in the right lane, then ignore him.

Because people like to show off like that... lol

I always go above the speed limit while the others stay to the left who actually go the speed limit.

I was always taught that the left lane was for those wanting to pass, and the right lane was for those going at or below the speed limit. The middle lanes should be for people who generally drive at or a bit above the limit.

At the end of the day, if the limit is 60 and I'm in no rush, 60 is what I will do. I'll just stay out of the left lane (which isn't meant to be a traveling lane anyway).

I usually go just a little over the speed limit, like 63 in a 60. AlGreen, your post makes a lot of sense IMO. You were taught well!
