Default Something Amiss in Rio Hondo
Anyone know anything about water districts and how they set their rates? $183,000 for a 4" tap into the water line seems a little excessive, especially since surrounding areas charge around 4-7k.

How do you report on things like this or is it just a way to stifle development in an area?
