Sometimes folks confuse quality with quantity.

Diversity?? Having 70% Mexican, 15% White, 10% Black & 5% everything else is NOT DIVERSE!!
I have no problem with all the growth, as long as they are white and conservative....all the others can stay away!!

I'm sure that there are plenty of people that don't like gays like yourself either.

Americans have bought into the belief that bigger is better in anything. This is not true.

Ask the people who live in the 119 counties in Texas that lost people in the past census if they feel proud about population growth.

In the middle of the last century, Michigan and Ohio was where the nations population growth was at. This alone is a good reason Texans should not get too proud of the population growth they have. What will Texas be at in another 50 years?

I imported my husband and in no way would I apologize for doing so.

I also want to echo: Who is speaking for ALL of us saying we're proud of negative aspects of growth??

And I could really care less what they think.
Fact is, when Gays move into a neighborhood, they fix it up and raise property values........when the "other" minorities move in, crime goes up and property values go down.
