I wouldn't say any of those cities but Longview, Tyler or Texarkana if they were included.

Lost of people are moving here because of jobs for TDCJ...training takes place in Huntsville.

I45 and Sam Houston Ave has seen alot of development of new stores and retail. Even talks about bringing retail closer to the campus.

Conroe, imo, is Houston area. Houston area is not East Texas.

Yeah Conroe isn't really considered part of East Texas but more part of the Houston metro region...
