Terri Hall

A recent bill pushed through the Texas Legislature benefited the company Waste Control Specialists, owned by #2 donor to Gov. Rick Perry, Harold Simmons. Just days after the bill was signed into law, Mr. Simmons wrote a $100,000 check to Americans for Rick Perry, the super PAC supporting Gov. This is just such a lame and weak argument used to justify almost any wrongdoing. I don't think there is a parent alive who has not heard this childish excuse from one of their kids. " So and so did it too".

In todays political discussions, this nonsence is repeated endlessly. It's like no one has to take responsibility for their actions anymore because, Everyone is doing it!

WE are talking about Perry here and his corrupt doings as a politician. What anyone else does or does not is not relevant to the case at hand.

Don't tell me you are just now getting an insight to how politics work.

As to saying BUT we're talking about Perry now and that is what is relevant to this case, that's fine. But just take note, these actions are far more common than you want to believe. Just because it's hitting close to home doesn't make it any different. It all stinks like a barrel of rotten fish.

Really, show me the countless threads and replies from you complaining about the exact same things being done by the current administration. You guys only complain when it suits you and nothing else. I'm Patriot, I b'tch about both sides of the fence all the time! Democrat or Republican, their two sides of the same coin.
