Default Where can I find a link for property tax rate comparisons for Texas metro areas?

Where can I find a link for property tax rate comparisons for Texas metro areas or large Texas cities? Does one exist?

This link is misleading, because it only shows the county rates, so someone living in the city, would have a far higher rate for the schools, hospitals, etc than someone in the same county, but living far outside the city with all the amenities.

Texas Total County Property Tax Rates 1996 - 2010 (http://www.county.org/resources/countydata/products/taxrates/index.html - broken link)

I was hoping to find a similar table, but that shows metro area tax rates or big city tax rates, such as
Dallas
Houston
Fort Worth
Austin
San Antonio
El Paso
Waco
Longview
etc

or a table for the property tax rates for the biggest city by population within all 254 counties, such as Dallas in Dallas County, Ft Worth in Tarrant County, El Paso in El Paso County, Corpus Christi in Neuces County, etc.

NAHB: Property Tax Rates After the Housing Downturn

http://www.lincolninst.edu/subcenter...c_NewCover.pdf

https://www.texasamerican.com/RETaxes.aspx

this chart of county/city comparison is from 1999 so pretty out of date
http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/budget/00...ordability.pdf

these probably arent what you want but the tax rate fluctuates from city to city and ISD to ISD within a city/county so there are lots of changes within the DFW metro area or Houston metro or Austin or SA metro areas

in some states all ISDs are by county so there is no variation in school tax rate within towns in that county--not so TX
