I have to pass on the calf fries, etc, mental picture and all, BUT I love sweetbread. Let's see how many of you out there know what I'm talking about. Cathy, I know you are aware of what I'm talking about, if you others don't know, ask your butcher. When we had a goat bar-b-que, we would always fry up some calf fries and sweetbread, too.

Yep....and I will not eat sweetbreads, period, LOL!!!

Goat BBQ and fries?? Dang, you're making my mouth water.....BBQ goat, tender fries, plenty of fresh flour tortillas to wrap it in...and homemade salsa/pico de gallo....and icy, icy cold beer.....

Now I'm getting hungry....

I just got home and saw this HUGE coon walking by my van! All I could think of was ILNC's I got supper!! That coon was as big as a small puppy!!
