This Coloradan likes Texas ... and could move there if our Lefty legislators keep making everything good, fun and traditional illegal. One good way to keep up on what's going-on around this state is Colorado Peak Politics - Colorado's Conservative Bully Pulpit. (They really do an excellent job.)

WaPo's "The Fix" just finished a Best-Political-Blog-By-State vote. The handful of Texas blogs were all "progressive". (Duh! Conservatives tend not to bother with The Fix.)

This got me wondering. Hence, my thread title.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Not sure about blogs by Texans. There is a blog by a sassy lass from Texas that is linked by Prof Reynolds from time to time but I forget the name. You can read a conservative political angle by Texan Bryan Preston at PJMedia dot com. You can also read former Texan Bill Whittle at PJMedia. He's also linked by Instapundit.

Howeer, most of their blogging is not necessarily about Texas.

Burnt Orange Report is focused on Texas state politics. People can decide for themselves whether it's credible or not.

Thanks. Wasn't aware Preston was a Texan.

Yeah. It's one of the progressive ones I don't care for. But thanks.
