Default Subdivisions in College Station, TX
Hi, a friend of mine is moving to College Station. Anyone know of good subdivisions that feed into exemplary or recognized schools (elementary and middle)? Which ones are new and which ones are older? What type of housing can one expect to find for $150-200K?

Check out www.suddenlinkhomesource.com. Its the local TV/Internet real estate marketing. Search by home prices in College Station with photos and maps. This should help give you an idea of homes in the price range you mentioned.
