Houston is very humid, but is low-cost and near there you could raise cattle and crops. There are quite a few Asians there and much to do.

Dallas is drier and much sunnier, but growing crops might be more difficult due to the drought. Dallas also has quite a few Asians.

Good luck to you! If you move to Texas and do not like it, consider other southwestern locales also!

There are very large percentages of Asians in SugarLand and Plano.

Seriously. I cannot imagine anyone saying the Houston and Dallas areas are not welcoming to Asians when you look at the demographics of the Southwest and West sides of Houston as well as the Northwest/Northeast sides of Dallas.
