Default Jobs in the Midland/Odessa area

My son has just moved to Odessa with his family and keeps telling me about how the job market is begging for engineers. Well, I'll will be retiring (after 32 yrs) in a couple of months and want to find a post retirement job. I have looked up & down the net with no luck. If anyone can use a retired engineer (BS Elec. Engr) with an MBA in the Midland/Odessa area, please let me know
