Hazardous chemical lists no longer public record in Texas*|*Texas News Feed

Does anyone else find that article a bit difficult to read? quote from the article:"But News 8 has schooled that in a past few weeks, state health officials have stopped creation those dangerous chemical annals public."

"News 8 has schooled"...I'll admit I've never seen the word "schooled" used in a sentence.

Also, what is a "puncture responder"?

Is that link for real or was I duped?
