I've only been through Bryan a few times and stayed overnight one time. It seemed to be an okay town but way too big for me. It's next door to Texas A & M University so depending on one's age, one could either like or dislike that as I'm guessing Bryan gets an overflow of college students.

Sorry, but I don't know anything about the economic development and business topics.

If you don't already live in Texas, be prepared for very hot summers, usually unbearable, but right now the weather is perfect, finally!!
