Is it because Texans love to talk?

Is it because a large volume of people are thinking and actually moving here because of opportunities?

Is it because Texans have nothing else to do but be on CD?

Large population, so more people available within the state to post on the forum; considerable interest on the part of many out-of-staters in moving there; some threads reflect an interest on the part of regulars in keeping some conversation going about nearly anything. Some expats like me tend also to post there for something to do.

It's because Texas has 26 million and counting...and the whole freaking world is moving here.

Then they complain bitterly that it's not like from whence they came.

I think the majority of us wish the same. I'm beginning to feel like I'm living in an ant hill. Dang, people, people, people EVERYWHERE! Too much!
