I thnik people need to do a overall assement of total taxes and fees in each state and even cities. Alos look at the services provided and the cost.Many places have a way of hiding what the total taxes and feees really total. If you rent ;you are in fact paying the tax and then some. No body rents houses at a loss;it comes out some where. Either in the neighborhood or the house itself.Even apartment renters pay the txaes in their rent.
