Well, thank you all for at least viewing. I guess no one is familiar with the property I mentioned. This gives me an even better excuse to go with my husband to find a house before we actually move.LOL!

You may want to try posting in the Dallas thread. Kaufman is a half hour southeast of Dallas, and you'll have a better chance of reaching someone that's close to that area. Give the response a little time. Someone, I'm sure, will be out there to help you.
