Well, my very favorite burger of all time is the Pak-A-Burger in Pampa, Texas in the 1500 block of North Hobart. A great burger in West Texas. It is old fashioned, delicious, and juicy. I know that not many people get to Pampa, so I did not post it earlier.

By the way, if you go to Pampa and try the Pak A Burger, don't be put off by the building. I hasn't been painted in years, but it is very clean inside.

Mel's in Tomball
I also like burgers at Roadhouse and Saltgrass Steakhouse
Buns over Texas, Mesquite's, and Homeplate Diner in Lubbock
ETBC in Mineola (they make home fries and awesome homemade potato chips)
We need to do this about Mexican Food.......

They do make great burgers at Saltgrass. When you do things like steak, you'd be nuts to mess up a burger!
And yes, I did start a Mexican food thread. Keep looking. It's out there...

We love Saltgrass but the prices have gone up recently! I never thought to try their burgers as whenever we do go it's for dinner but I'll have to keep that in mind. Sounds good!
