Brownwood - any fun to be had??
I moved to Brownwood a month ago and have not made any friends so far. It's so small here that it's hard to meet people. I am 34 and single and want to go out and have some fun, but where? Where do you meet other people (and not even for dating) just someone to hang out with.  |

There isnt really much going on in Brownwood but the people are reallly friendly  |

The only thing I know about Brownwood is Underwood's BBQ....but that's not too exciting for a social life, I guess.

Volunteer work maybe? Maybe churches. Do you have co-workers you can ask? I don't know about Brownwood, is it dry? If not, maybe a local bar. The more you're out and about with the people there, the better chance of meeting friends to be.

she aint written any posts since February...dont know if anyone noticed. she may not even be in Brownwood any longer as far as we know.
it's kinda like folks pull up threads i posted a year or two ago, when i was trying to decide where to move-old news, ya know
