Our family will be relocating from California to Texas ... It's my job to find a home for us ... I have never been to Texas and I could really use some help !! My husband will be working for Countrywide Home Loans in Plano. I have been looking at some very nice rentals in the area but the yards are really small, I have a very active 3 y.o so a nice size yard would be ideal! I have no idea what the good/bad areas are so I would really like to know that as well.
Please help ! We are set to move in ONE month!!!

Thank you !!!

I would look in either Plano, Frisco or The Colony. These would all be an easy commute to Cw in Plano. The homes in The Colony rent for about 1000.00 a month and have big yards.

You might post in the Dallas thread. You can find a house with a bigger yard if you keep looking. I suggest renting at first to get the lay of the land.
