Exclamation Tonkawa Falls Park, Crawford, TX

I want to know what to do to make Tonkawa Falls Park in Crawford, TX a more pleasant place to visit. My children and I are new to TX and was out for a drive recently. We happened upon Tonkawa Falls. It is a beautiful park!! However, we were very disappointed to see the clubhouse in shambles, the restrooms inaccessible and unusable, and trash scattered everywhere. I would like to find others who would like to see the park cleaned up and remodeled. I don't know where to start. Who do I contact about my concerns?
