Always put your Job location.... and put your rent (or housing) budget. Or the thread is worthless.
& the weather? It's
OK to nice from November - March. It's OK in October and in April.
& then it's "Africa" hot in the summertime. Like you're trying to survive long periods inside a Sauna....but it's even more humid.....& it's hotter.

Where in Beaumont? (nearby Cross streets of your work)
(Work location probably isn't as important for a smaller Metro like Beaumont, but knowing approx. where you work will jog people to respond. And maybe your work location will be
right next door to a great apartment complex or neighborhood.......or a great Cajun restaurant or honky tonk.
