Port Arthur Area
I just saw an interesting job in Port Arther, TX - Principal of an Arts/Technology Magnet School. Can anyone tell me what Port Arthur is like? What are the schools like?

You can check this site for what the schools are like. Port Arthur is a very rough town. It's not without hope though. Some one who is very determined could come in and make a change in these kids lives.

The schools are very bad. The state actually had a monitor in the district running things so to speak ;not long ago. The econmy is great tho right how there with like 12 billion dollars in industrial expansion that will last for about ten yeras. The town is pretty run down but there are some nice towns nearby.
