I am afraid 'Best' is way to subjective to get a very good answer. Small, medium, or large town? Way out in the country, a suburb, or a city proper? As for HS sports...do you want a school that seems to win all the time, or one that has lots of sports and oppurtunities? Hate cold or hate humidity more? You could start some seriuous arguments over 'best' town
