How do I calculate electric rate for this deal? (Center: live, price)

I'm in the market for a new electric provider and I'm having trouble understanding how to calculate cost per kWh. This deal was offered by Center Point, what would be the kWh charge if I use 900 kWh?

Average price per kWh: 12.3¢ 9.8¢ 9.5¢
This price disclosure is based on the following components:
$9.95 per billing cycle < 800 kWh
Usage Charge:
$0.00 per billing cycle ≥ 800 kWh
Energy Charge: 5.2¢ per kWh
Energy Delivery Charges: $5.47 per month and 4.0323¢ per kWh

TThe Usage Charge will not be included for each billing

You would pay 9.8 cents for the first 1000 kwh.

9.8 * 100.

I would not consider that to be a good deal for Central Texas, check out Gexa if they offer service in your area.

I pay 7.2 cents and get a rebate monthly.
