With cheaper prices and land, like around an acre? Also, is Lake Worth an expensive area? It looks that way on property websites.

weatherford is rural and i think its within an hour of Arlington

Within an hour in weekday traffic? That’s going to be tough. Weatherford is 50 miles from DFW Airport, but it would be much more than an hour in traffic.

Arlington has more rural areas to the south. Look at Venus, Joshua, and Alvarado.

Lake Worth varies a lot. The newer homes and ones right on the lake are more expensive than older ones.
