where are bike and green friendly towns in Texas? I know Austin must be one are there others?

San Antonio historicly has not been one, however the MPO is drasticly changing that and in a few years, SA will be the premier place for bike riding.

Look out, folks, but I think Frisco should be mentioned for bicycles. Every new development that's being built includes special bike-friendly lanes for riding.
