OK, fellow Texans, here the poll again; the one I messed up on earlier! (and thank our Moderator for taking mercy on me and deleting all things associated!).

Anyway, let me see if I can make this one the way I wanted to originally! LOL

THIS WILL BE A MULTI-OPTION POLL!

Go for it, kiddoes!

Real cheeses, except for Swiss, and I don't believe I've ever had Muenster.

Favorites are cheddar, Monterrey Jack and Muenster!

Saltine crackers, cheese and hot sauce? EWWWW! I've never had that, or seen it........sounds terrible, LOL!

For pizza, a combination of Muenster, smoked provolone and mozzarella! I just had the best dang pizza--homemade crust (made in bread machine, and stored in fridge/freezer in portions to make 7" pizzas), sauce and vegetarian toppings.

Pizza is one of the few foods where I prefer extra cheese and veggies/other (peppers, browned onions, mushrooms, black olives) rather than meat.

I don't think I've ever had a cheese I didn't like even when I had to hold my nose to take a bite.

I keep reading about Limburger cheese...but have never seen nor had it!

I've never met a cheese I didn't like so far.

I use to even like hog head cheese (not really a cheese) but that was a lot of years ago when I last tried some. I have a great great grandma in Louisiana who I've never learned her last name. No doubt it was Dupuis, Hébert or one of those names with an "eaux" ending."

I like almost any cheese. Like Daniel Wayne, I really like smoked Gouda and Havarti, and I also love mozzarella sticks. I also like the non-smoked Gouda.

H-E-B has some various types of pretty good cheeses in their cheese department as well.

It's hard to beat a good aged Cheddar for all around cheese and I especially like white Cheddar. It would be hard to say which one I would like the most. Each one has their place. LOL Even Velveeta, as Jack Lance mentioned. I have sure been known to get some Fritos Scoops and partake of that famous Velveeta and Rotel dip! Velveeta also makes a pretty good pimento cheese spread when mixed in with grated cheddar.
