Hi-
Is Nacogdoches/Butcher Boys Worth the Drive from Crockett En Route to Lake Charles?? I've been to Crockett but not Nacogdoches/Butcher Boys/Lake Charles. A friend from Crockett & I are discussing such a road trip to take place Sat. 5/10/2008.

That's a pretty area, but I'm not sure what there is to do out there.

I've heard there's only a limited # of things to do in Nac/Lufkin/Lake Charles.

Just curious if you ever took that trip to Butcher Boys.
I drove through Lake Charles a while back, and it isn't exactly in the neighborhood of Nac/Lufkin!
Recommendation: try one of the stuffed potatoes at Butcher Boys - with chicken or beef.
They hold nothing back.
