I am trying to help someone out...I have read some many posts on here I think my vision is going. Anways...which city would be better for a female 29 that has underwriting positions, Nice bars for an older crowd, and something constantly going on. She doesn't care about the humidity but the safety of course thanks.

Depends. Do you have an insurance specialty?

Gulf Coast homeowners insurance has been problematic over the past several years -- they've been cancelling windstorm policies on the coast left and right. Been there, done that, glad I now live in the Dallas sector! There might be more/better opportunity for insurance jobs in Dallas?
