Nice looking hotel. Looks like they do some cattle autioning there, or maybe just a small rodeo.

RFD TV films "All American Horse" there-they have a full tv studio.
The arena hosts alot of championship team ropings, cutting horse events, horse sales, rodeos, auctions etc. it's a big big business there.
what's neat is that the big swimming pool is right next to the bar, so it's public, you can just go swimming as long as you dont mind an audience ha ha

Looks like a fun place - I had to google where Hamilton is though :-) My nephew ropes, I'll have to ask him if he's been there. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing the neat pics, Belle....there's nothing quite like watching a good cutting horse in action!

LOL!! That's one of the things that makes Texas so neat--it has something to offer everybody! I would certainly hope that nobody would get offended.

The REAL Texas to me is the western part, where I grew up! But I love all of Texas other than East Texas--both for climate and bad memories!

I heard from people that live in Hamilton that there is still a lot of Klan out there and they don't like outsiders too much. I've been through there during the day and it's mostly a dumpy town, but your pics did make that place look nice.
