NO THANKS, I'll have my water delivered. Brie

Thanks Brie...yes, from your earlier posts that seems to be the way to provide water for the most part...most economical...and certainly not a gamble as to a dry hole.
BTW, I just had one of the tires on my Explorer repaired today for a mesquite thorn...think I got the puncture on my property during the last trip to Dell City.
Merry Christmas to everyone out there in Dell City/Cornudas "land/forum."

See you in court....Let's tail gate --- I'll bring the beer if you'll bring the soap-on-a-rope for Darren E. Zuppardo and Rodney Bell. Don't forget it was Rodney Bell's master plan that got them in trouble at Wallace Town USA....maybe the Judge could use a little help from our friends that know the real story, planning and the level deceit that went on behind closed doors, sales meeting etc.

Don't forget his favortie saying "I'am that good".....like I said before, Zupparods new cell mate will take that saying over!! What a *****!! How you like me now!! Remember Me!! I Remember You & I'm coming at you faster than you could ever imagine...your friend.

Interesting --- found this on www.geocities.com/resorttaskforce....good (broken link) reading.
By the way....Darren E Zuppardo is begging for money to pay those he F***** in Texas....The funny part is that there is no money and Darren is now F*****. What justice!
Darren, besides being grossly overweight, one thing always stood out about you, the good old saying "I'AM THAT GOOD", you remember saying that?....I do! I remember it like it was yesterday…..your fat a** would walk into the office and slam down deposits checks for Wallace Town and say "I'AM THAT GOOD"....now where do you stand, let me help you by saying "IN COURT". You and Rodney Bell's scam did not work. Again, I will be there to unleash the truth on you and Rodney Bell - this is not over - your world of torture is just beginning and you should prepare yourself and family for years of horror and dismay as the truth will burn through you as your sole will go to Hell. Look for me, I will be wearing the Red Hat.

I have a unit under contract at Laketown Wharf. I will not be closing for a number of reasons. One reason is that the market is down the other is that Corus Bank has chosen to sponsor Rodney Bell of Gulf Coast Hospitality for the completion/overseeing of things for the Developer not to mention the HOA. I find this extremely concerning giving the circumstances behind Wallace Town USA. As we all are aware, Rodney Bell and Darren Zuppardo concocted an elaborate plan to sale acreage to naive individuals for a profit. They promised everything under the sun except for one thing….the return of your escrow money at the time they walked away from the development. To date there are at least some 55-60 individuals who have not been refunded their deposits. The non-return of deposit has spurred several named lawsuits in LA. If Rodney Bell is anywhere near Laketown Wharf, I and anyone else I know will certainly drop out.

Keep Watching here for updates
Things might get going pretty soon in the area. I think they are going to reopen the cafe within the next couple of months. There will be a grocery store where the gift shop was to carry staple items for the folks in the area.

Cornudas Cafe
JonJon,
At last report, the deal with the guy that bought the Rancho Escondido to also buy Cornudas fell through because of a large lein on the property supposedly placed there by May Carson. It seem that she may not have been paid off competely by Wallace as of that time.
Any more, I will believe that something is ABOUT to happen AFTER the enterprise has ALREADY BEEN RUNNING for six weeks.
There is entirely too much flux in any dealings about Cornudas to take ANYTHING too seriously. There are just WAY too many variables involved with the legal status of that place.
I'll ask around, and if I hear anything CREDIBLE about any future for Cornudas, and if I do, you guys will know. Brie

Thanks to all for contributing to this thread. I am one of those Drivers that used to stop in and see May frequently. I sure do miss her being there. A number of us have been wondering what's been going on with Cornudas. Once again, I appreciate the updates.
