Thanks for the pics. Brings back memories of hot summer days driving cattle across that country. Do you own land out there? I grew up out there on the "Cornudas Ranch" to the west of the cafe, north of the Williams, and east of the Double U Cattle Co. and on both sides of 62/180. I think the ranch was split up and sold off after my grandfather sold it back in the late 1970's.

Minarchy08, the land I own is east of Cornudas, about 10 mile or so. I just snapped a few pix on the way to El Paso. I just put a video on youtube of some footage shot during our travels through the area along 62/180. It's just a view out the window my wife took while we were cruising along. You might even know them hills. You can find it by searching for billybones4523.

I wasn't sure if it was OK to post a youtube link on the forum and I don't want to make the mods work any harder than needed.

Aaron, the youtube vid is on the DVD I'm sending you but it's not our lots so take a peek if ya want.

Did you receive the correct documents??? Tell them to provide you with a signed copy of the July 2005 condo doc's. It has been proven that nearly 90+ percent of the buyers received invalid condo doc's....so that being said, you are entitled to your deposit back plus interest. Ask any attorney....you never accepted the approved condo documents for Laketown Whaf----the only condo doc's that were used prior to November 2007 were draft documents....draft documents are not valid to close on per the state of Florida Condominium division.

By the way...if you have a LOC out there...don't worry. They want call it because they would be commenting another crime - Just ask John Dowd...oh, he may not answer your call...or he may dodge the question. Maybe you could ask Rodney Bell or Thomas Blackburn...of course they will tell you that you have to close and that we are all crazy; however we know the truth!!!

Default Sorry it seems like I've been ignoring this group

Hi all,
Bones, I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to meet face to face, next time, there should be no problem.
To who ever asked if there really were people who had houses out here, yes. Most of us are retired military, so we don't need to work.
May's Cafe has been closed for the longest time, they tried to run it after she left, but it wasn't May running the place, they got CHEAP with the food, so people stopped coming and they closed.
BY THE WAY, all the lettering that you saw in the CORNUDAS area, was done by my friend Therese, "Tee" for short.
I haven't been up on the site because I stopped getting messages that posts were being made, I'll check for myself from now on. Brie

I need to contact my brother, Jay Boles who lives, with his wife and three sons, on Don Morrill Drive in a small subdivision located behind the Border Patrol checkpoint just after the El Paso county / Hudspeth County line.

I tried calling him again yesterday and a lady answered who left me with the impression that he did not live there anymore and/or had the phone number had been reassigned. I do not speak spanish and had difficulty understanding her english. She was very nice and I apologized for disturbing her.

If anyone has any information about his whereabouts, I would appreciate it.

Thank you,

Gary Boles

Can you believe it....Thomas Blackburn, the master mind behind the famous Wallace Town disaster is heading up a successful Condo Cruise Line where they have pre sold 80% of the ship, that's 300 plus condo suites with a water view, Wow!!....you know, it was hard for me to believe that Thomas Blackburn of the Jerry Wallace Companies was able to pull off something so wonderful and exciting as a Condo Cruise Line...so, as any well trained dog would, I kept digging...and to my upmost disappointment I found reports that Thomas Blackburn and Marc Boyd can’t produce a ship because they spent/lost the deposit monies. Sounds like another Wallace Town USA. Deposits gone missing including some who paid large sums in the amounts of $55,000 to $500,000. I’m sure formal charges will be brought down against both Thomas Blackburn and Marc Boyd for grand theft. Thomas should enjoy the penitentiary as his kind usually does…if you know what I mean. As far as Marc Boyd, I don’t think he will make it. Once again, good luck and fair well to the “Good Ship Lollypop”

sethbrat, I have been to Dell City once when I went to see my property. I don't know about a med clinic but it is a farming community. Brie lives in the area and I'm sure she check in soon. Just look at a satellite view with google maps of of Dell City. It's all farm fields around the town. That is not the case out by my land. I'm just west of Sparks Road and east of Sparks Ranch Road, a mile north of 62/180.

This will give you some idea of what the area looks like. I'm sure you saw some of the other pix in my earlier posts. While it looks like it's sandy, the ground is more like a fine gravel, real firm. If you copy and paste these coordinates into google maps you can see exactly where this picture was shot at: 31.7611 n 105.2994 w

I'll put a video I taped of the area on youtube when I get around to it.
