Chico used to do it, I'm not sure if he still does. Chico, Mike and Pam Stephan, deputy Chrissy, Dennis Morrisson, Julie and Harvey Layton,and Donna Kenneth will be at our place for grilled New York strip steaks, with each of them bringing the fixin's on Friday the 5th of June,I'll find out then.

The picture came out and it really looks great. Is the cookout open to anyone? I think I can make it out there , if its okay, and if it is ok could you give me some directions on how to get to your place. my property is on the north side. Chico knows me (Allie).
He could tell you exactly where it is. I got the same piece of land my ex let go. It's really not for me, I got it to give to my son, Christopher, once I've paid off enough for him to build out there.

I thought that everyone would like an update on May's Cafe in Cornudas. I have been by there many times since she started working on the place, but I have yet to see it open, no matter what day of the week, in spite of the flurry of activity when she first returned.
The "powers that be" in Hudspeth County Government said that whoever took over her place would not be able to operate on her grandfathered in status, that they would have to bring everything up to commercial code BEFORE beginning operations.
What with the water supply, and septic systems alone would cost, and then the possibility of having to make EPA happy concerning the old fuel storage tanks underground, this was going to be a monumental, and hugely expensive undertaking.
If they are including the scenario of her taking back her place, in this new set of requirements, there is a chance that it may not re-open any time soon.

I sure hate to hear that. I was looking forward to eating one of her famous burgers. Hope everything works out for her. Did you get a chance to talk to Chico about if he still does work on fences. If not I will go by and see him when I get out there. I have to go to Ga. next week, I will be there for a week. I am going to a family reunion in Rockdale Ga. If I can get a internet connection I will send you a video of some some good bluegrass music. I don't know if you like that kind of music, we usually have some good bands.
