My employer does WOTC, but we used ADP to process our paperwork. It's only worth it if you're hiring lots of people who were on welfare or public assistance.

Default Re:Does anyone know about WOTC?

Hi, Work opportunity tax credit is a very useful tool for any employer by IRS. IRS allows the company to authorize a WOTC agent to act on its behalf in the WOTC Certification process by using the IRS form 2848 Power-of-Attorney and Declaration of Employer Representative. I am also an employer and I am enjoying the benefits of WOTC. In this bottomlineprofitability.com helps me a lot. They work like an agent. They do all the papers work on your behalf. You won’t have to worry about what needs to be submitted.

Hope it will help you and if you require any other help, let me know.
