because im a nice guy im letting you all know about a special denton gift...
a record label in town just put out a comp album with bands that exist on the label who are mostly from denton. the music is free at this link... http://www.gutterth.com/content/view/444 not sure about the music...you can stream individual songs on there. It is all about what you want as a person. If you want weirdo people of all types running rampant then go for Denton. At times it is so weird that it is a cool town. It is very unique for sure, sort of like how Twin Peaks was unique.

I agree Denton is tacky and dirty; however, the college kids at UT are really smart but really self absorbed and have very poor social skills to the point that they come across as robots or retards. People were a little more social, friendly, and outgoing at UNT. UNT people held way better parties too.
Also I thought Austin had its dirty yucky parts and it wasn't a big improvement over Denton. Quote:
