I'm sorry but dallas has a long way to go before it's "cooler" then houston. . No matter how many videos you post. Houston gas plenty of video's but I won't post Em no need. Dallas feels like okc to tell you the truth ... big open spaces.. brown..almost no tree's. . It's a bit depressing really.

This is because Houston has never had to self promote itself like Dallas has to do to get attention. People recognize Houston for the great things it has to offer organically. Dallas has always done "Look at me" stuff like all those videos that are posted.
I've never quite understood that complex. I take pride in the fact that Houston's people are looked at as much more laid back than those of Dallas, and the self-promotion done by Dallas' civic leadership (and perpetuated by many of its people) drives that point home.

Those videos were made by the Dallas CVB...They use them to lure conventions....I think Houston should do a better job at this. its too big of a city to not care.

Houston has already got "promotion" it comes from people like Beyoncé, drake, Jim persons, all of our local artist get a lot of attention from outsider's. . Look I don't know how old u are dallasboi but just turn on a hip hop radio station and I guarantee you you will find a houston reference. Houston has inspired so many artists. . Like it or not.. Houston is doing okay in their "luring".
