I seen it on CNN...so sad!

Let's pray nothing happens like that in Dallas, since we have rain in the forecast all week. I can't imagine receiving nearly a foot of rain in Dallas, in a short period of time.

That's the Trinity.

Yes, sometimes that "ditch" looks almost like the Mighty Mississippi.
I was driving above I-30 when it poured yesterday. Scared the heck out at me seeing the Trinity below on one side and the archs on the new bridge under construction on the other side. Traffic almost stopped completely due to poor vision the rain caused.

Default Dallas: America’s friendliest city for business

Dallas: America

"Once the numbers pointed to a winner, we set out for North Texas to see firsthand what made Dallas so wonderful for business. Dallas had been a strong performer in previous MarketWatch studies, frequently finishing in or near the top 10, but this was the first time it clinched the top spot.

"We discovered Dallas’s present-day numbers may well pale in comparison to its future stats. Little, it seems, is standing in its way."

Who needs mountains?

There’s more activity today than I’ve seen in 30 years in this business,” said a beaming Toby Grove, president of KDC, a local real-estate developer that is currently building several corporate offices in the region.

Relatively uncrowded highways... Hahaha.. Good one! I would hope it's the biggest boom in 30 years for Dallas. Everywhere else in Texas is booming as such, why shouldn't DFW?
