I wish Fort Worth would stop trying to be like Dallas. Fort Worth is a cowtown, always will be. It will never be the big city Dallas is, have the cosmopolitan, glamour, size, sports teams, etc. Fort Worth should just accept what it is and be Dallas' "Anaheim-Orange County" like it has always really been.

haha, ok thanks for the input. I'll be sure to get this message over to the citizens of Fort Worth so they can act accordingly.

Orange County is not bad (as long as we are talking about Costa Mesa, Newport Beach/Newport Coast, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and the rest of the South O.C.). I really think Central Fort Bend County (Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Richmond/Rosenberg) is closest to the (south) O.C. theme in Texas.

We have no desire to be like Dallas because we are better than Dallas...but give or take 15 years from now you will be eating your words because that so call Cow-Town is booming with economic growth.

Well I'd rather go to Fort Worth than Frisco - I think they are equidistant from downtown Dallas (or at least McKinney is). However, I am from Dallas and not allowed to say anything good about Fort Worth.
