That isn't even a good picture of it either... you should see the others, my goshh... un-freakin- believable.

And it was just officially proposed this month for a future plan... the renderings have been out for a while though...

There have been talks that the TMC is going to expand into the Astroworld site (since the current TMC area is becoming too small). I can see a development, like the one I pictured, happening if so.

The Ritz Carlton is nearly empty, there isn't a market for the Museum Tower, and the Arts District is only that large because Dallas leaders grouped in the museums and theaters together. The Houston Museum District alone is almost as big as the Dallas Arts District. If you combined the Theater District with it, it wouldn't be close.

I do love the Woodall Rogers Park though. That is a great idea and will connect Uptown Dallas and Downtown Dallas, finally.
