It costs sooo much to renovate, most of the buildings are filled with asbestos.

thats kinda true, my school found it easier (cheaper) to sell one of their old buildings and build a new one than to reno the old one

Nice colorful pic of downtown Dallas. When the arch starts glowing, its going to really add a nice accent to the skyline. I'm jealous.
