I thought Houston was getting some those biggest names in fashion. Or are those big names going to always choose DFW and not Houston? That's the way it seems with stores (not "big names" like TJ, H&M, In N' Out...).

Dallas just has a few more expensive brands. Dallas shopping scene is overblown sometimes

Houston doesn't care, It is a more down to earth place. Dallas puts on airs, always acting like they are more than they really are

Those are not exactlt the height of fashion or dining, and I doubt that in n out will do as well in Houston as it does in other places. Competition is tough

OMG! I didn't know it was that tuff down there. Publix will never come there! LOL!

There's no demand for Publix in Houston. As someone had stated before, the grocery store market is saturated here.
