Park Lane is beginning to develop nicely. It unfortunately stalled a little with the economy, etc. It and Mockingbird Station are great Mixed-Use TODs. Does Houston have anything like these on its Metro lines? or any cool ones planned or being developed now?

I was wondering the same thing (not in a comparative way, just curious) because Dallas is so big on these TODs, and they have been quite successful.

I am pretty sure West Village is also a mixed-use TOD. but it is so well woven into the fabric of uptown you just think your're hanging out in the city. I'm sure this will be even more so as teh old driving range gets developed.
