Default Road Trips -- That's Where It's At

I have several getaways that I like. Glen Rose. Wichita Falls. Tyler. Lockhart. Lakeway. My road trips have taken me many places near and far. Now that gas prices are back where they ought to be, you just might see me getting back on the road again and going where my Saturn takes me.

Hey, I may be coming to a town near you!

Absolutely great place to be.

The Comal River is the shortest river in the United States, about three miles. It is spring fed, the average temp is around 70 degrees.

I love the Devils Waterhole at Inks Lake. Lake Medina is also beautiful! Nice large hills with sparkling blue water! All of this only 20-30 minutes out of SA.

Default texco mom had it right

Rockport is a friendly place with the cleanest beach in Texas according to the EPA.

I once went to Brenham for a rabbit show and that was a blast because the kids and I brought home a new pet.

I live in Rockport and my back yard is ocean so I like seeing old friends in El Paso - the contrast is great and makes me appreciate both.
Enclosed is picture of my yard - think you can see our little pier.
