Default Gas is $2.80 in Harlingen!

Anyone else seeing these prices elsewhere in the state?

$3.15 on Houston's east is the best I've seen.
They have us conditioned to think this is a great deal.

My mom, in Corpus Christi, said she saw $2.88 yesterday. The best I've seen in North/East Dallas is $3.47 (yesterday, 7-11 at Mockingbird and Abrams)

I bought some a couple of days ago in Burleson for $3.50 and noticed today it wa #3.24 at the same location. Tat's a pretty good drop in two days, so guess we're on the downward slide. About time!

$2.80 in Harlingen?? Talk about sales going through the roof! I think I'll go way down there and get me a tank.

Now, in all seriousness, it's actually getting better in Lewisville, but not really much lower than most places. I usually check out QuikTrip or Racetrac locations; they consistently have the lowest prices where I am. I never thought I'd actually be glad to see gas being less than $3, let alone write it or say it.
