hello all -
I have finally made the decision to switch to vonage and ditch my landline. I currently have internet via AT&T DSL, but like I said once I cancel my landline, it appears that my only other option for internet is timewarner? they are way high after the first 6 months at lower rate. Can anyone suggest an alternative internet provider to a newbe? Thanks much! |

Elena,
I have two responses to a resident in Dallas with the same question, at this link. I would prefer the first option with an Internet provider over the Covad leased line. I had VoIP with that service that was excellent. Vonnage is also VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). So, you would have a choice of Vonnage or the Internet Provider's VoIP. Or the second response, search the Broadband Reports for information, which will take more effort. Last edited by WillysB; 10-10-2008 at 09:24 AM.. |
