Wife and I are considering Carrollton/West Plano and South Frisco. There is what seems to be a beautiful new development called Ausin Waters in Carrollton by the tollway off of Parker. My only concern is that when I look in Carrolton I do not see any other "higher end" homes like you do in W.Plano and Frisco...Any input would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Look for Castle Hills (not actually in Carrollton, but bordering just West of Austin Ranch area with a Lewisville address), Moore Farm and Coyote Ridge. These are in far North Carrollton.
