Howdy
I work as a Security Officer at LRMC and have contact to a lot of you Texans. They`re serving as nurses and so on at this hospital to take care of those which made it back from down range. I pay respect for the outstanding job they do every single hour to comfort those brave men and women. Some are from Houston, Dallas, san Antonio and one lady is from Sweetwater. You people from TEXAS are doing a great job. Hartmut Hausser |

Thanks for the words of support Hartmut!!
My wife and I spent 3 years in the KMC (Kaiserslautern Military Community for those who don't know ). We lived in Rodenbach and are looking forward to possibly going back there soon after she retires from active duty.Have you been in Germany your whole life? Have you ever got to visit the places your Texas friends hail from? There are a good many Germany settlements in West Texas. Kevin |

Wie gehts, Hartmut!
Good to hear from our Deutsch freunde. Texas is very Deutsch-friendly. Our state's history has a strong German heritage. I myself am part German as well, I recently learned that I still have relatives living near Frankfurt. Hope you can visit Texas someday! Bring some of that good German bier with you! |
