Yes, I've heard all of them. I have a friend who listens to nothing but Houston rap. He loves Z-ro more than anybody. On the other hand, I'm not really impressed with most of Houston's rappers. I prefer Austin's over any other city.

Well lyrically, Pimp C was NOT better than Chamillionaire but Cham does put you sleep with his voice. But those are not the best Houston has to offer either. So much talent in the city. BTW, Kyle Lee is from San Antonio.

I know but I am just saying rappers that I think are better than any Austin rappers. From any city in general. Kyle Lee and 3rd Degree are from SA.

BTW, Zro's voice sometimes sounds like Tupacs in some songs.

Most of Texas rap is underground other than Lil Flip, Mike Jones, and Paul Wall.... I hope it stays that way because I hate that mainstream crap where people write your lyrics for you! Trae and Zro are legendary like Tupac! If they go mainstream I think that will ruin them. I don't think they are trying to go mainstream, but Trae's song "So Hot" kind of worries me.

How can you forget Chamillionaire!?!?! His last album was actually given a Classic status rating by numerous hip hop reviewers. He also just put out Mixtape Messiah 4 too.

I should have included chamillionaire but I didn't because I really don't like him. I think his music is annoying. Kind of selfish of me, I'm sorry. But ya, he is from Houston.
